DOL45 Capacitive Relay Sensor

Model: DOL45R-CAP
Flexible feed and material detection with advanced timing control

The DOL45 sensor is designed for reliable detection of feed, grain, pellets, and other solid materials in tanks, silos, hoppers, and containers.

Its built-in relay provides both normally open and normally closed outputs, allowing the sensor to control many functions directly without requiring a separate relay. The DOL45 can operate without a delay or be configured with an adjustable switch-on or switch-off delay.

The sensor’s fully encapsulated electronics provide protection against humidity, dust, electrical noise, and other harsh environmental conditions. Adjustable sensitivity and timing make the DOL45 suitable for a wide range of agricultural and industrial material-handling applications.

DOL45 sensors are compatible with AutoFlex Connect. See complete compatibility chart.

General

What are capacitive / proximity sensors used for in agriculture?

In agriculture, these sensors are primarily used for detecting feed and grain to ensure an efficient handling.

What materials can capacitive / proximity sensors detect?

DOL-sensors’ capacitive / proximity sensors can detect grain, feed, wood, plastic, and other granular material. Thus, can be used in livestock houses as well as in silos in the industrial industry e.g. in plastics production or for pellet stoves.
